All Risks Equipment Insurance (TRM)
A machine breaking down, tools stolen on-site, equipment damaged by water while in transit. TRM covers it wherever it is.

What it covers
Accidental breakage
Drops, impacts, mishandling: accidental damage to equipment is compensated, on-site or in the workshop.
Fire
A fire starting on or near the equipment is covered, including its direct consequences.
Theft
Equipment stolen from a site, a vehicle or a warehouse: cover applies as long as the security conditions are met.
Equipment on the move
Unlike a premises policy, cover follows the equipment wherever it is used or transported.
What it does not cover
- Normal wear and tear, or mechanical failure linked to a lack of maintenance, is not covered.
- Equipment used beyond the manufacturer's intended limits may be excluded in the event of a claim.
- Theft without forced entry or any sign of a break-in may not be compensated, depending on the policy.
Who is it for?
You work with construction machinery
Excavator, aerial platform, compressor: equipment downtime also halts your teams and your deadlines.
You own valuable tools
Machine tools, measuring equipment or specialised gear represent capital worth protecting.
Your equipment moves around often
Multiple sites, on-site client work: equipment is exposed as soon as it leaves your premises.

These coverages often go together
Latent Defects Insurance (Dommages-Ouvrage)
A structural defect claim can freeze a construction site for months while liability gets sorted out. Latent Defects Insurance pre-finances the repairs immediately, without waiting.
Property Damage (BOP)
A fire or water damage can shut your premises overnight. This insurance pays for the repairs and keeps you afloat until you reopen.
