Financial Guarantee for Home Care Service Organisations
French decree n°2024-1161 of 4 December 2024 makes a financial guarantee mandatory for SAP organisations using the URSSAF Avance Immédiate scheme. Lesto distributes this product through one of the rare insurers offering it on the market.

Without advance payment (100% URSSAF)
The obligation applies from €200,000 (VAT incl.) in annual revenue.
